CuChulainns Senior Hurling Head Coach/Manager Required

CúChulainns are looking for someone to take on the role of Head Coach/Manager for the season ahead. Selectors, Training coach, Kitman are all in place. We have been promoted to Senior for the year ahead after our clean sweep of Intermediate hurling in London in 2014 (4 out of 4). In addition to retaining our full squad from last season we have greatly strengthened our squad for the year ahead. Anybody who would be interested in working with the squad is asked to contact the club secretary (Joe Cashman – 07796985475).

New Head Football Coach Appointed

The club would like to welcome our New Head Coach for the Season ahead. Tony Fayne a former Dublin Senior Football player brings a wealth of experience to the job. Tony has also previously coached underage, Intermediate & Senior football in Dublin with great success. We wish Tony and the players the best of luck for the season ahead.

Football Result & Fixtures

The football season kicked off on Sunday 22/03/15 in Montrose Park, in the Murphy Cup round 1 with CuChulainns losing out to Moindearg on a scoreline of 2.13 to 0.07. CuChulainns trailed 1.06 to 0.05 at half time but injuries to key players weakened the team as Moindearg ran out comfortable winners in the end. We would like to welcome all of the new players to the club who played their first of hopefully many games for the club and also thank the hurlers who togged out on the day. We play Heston Gaels on Sunday 29/03/15 at 4.30 in Greenford pitch 2 in round two with round 3 fixed for weekend of 11/12th April vs St. Josephs. All support as always is welcomed and appreciated.

Sports Next Prophet

The competition has now closed with all entries received. We would like to thank everyone who took part in the competition and anyone who contributed in any way to help run and set this up.
