ANNOUNCING OUR 8TH AND NEWEST COFFEE FARM IN PANAMA

What a way to sign off on what has been an amazing 2016 for us here at International Coffee Farms in Panama.

We are very proud to announce that we have just signed off on our latest addition, a beautiful 13 hectare Producing coffee farm in Jaramillo Arriba, right next door to our newly acquired Raw Land farm.

Coming in at an altitude of 1,600 meters and rising up to 1,800 meters (6,000 feet) this will be the highest altitude farm in our rapidly growing portfolio.

Higher altitude = Better Coffee!

Currently 50% planted this farm is already in production and we will begin to harvest the coffee in a few short weeks time.We had to disappoint a local buyer who had his eye on the crop but Andres has other ideas for it.

The farm has been pretty well maintained by the previous owners so the infrastructure and design of the farm is good. The trees are aging but healthy so it gives us a great starting point to turn it around and really get it operating at its full potential.

An injection of much needed capital and our “art of coffee science” is all that is needed.

Our Realtor Rene Acosta (seen above with David Sewell) has outdone himself in bringing this farm the table. He knows the area very well and sees the huge potential it has. In fact he lives next door!

From the top of Jaramillo Arriba on a clear day you can see all the way down to the Pacific Ocean. Andres likes this fact as he knows farms that get “influenced” by the Pacific Ocean breeze produce a special type of profile in the cup.

This area of Boquete has a completely different micro-climate to the other farms we have in Palmira Arriba & Volcancito and in Horqueta and we will be able to offer a wide range of coffees to the buyers who come to Boquete every year in search of the best coffee in Panama.

Andres is already in discussions with some of them now.

Of the 13 Hectares, 8 are now available, which gives us 40 – 0.5 acre parcels.

These parcels are retailing at $18,900 including all local transfer taxes.

Of the 40 parcels, 26 are already pre-sold to owners who missed out on Dona Linda and got their funding in place over the last couple of months.

If you are interested in reserving any of the remaining 14 parcels just reply to this email or give me a call. The Toll Free number is 877-207-7988.

With harvest only around the corner and cash flow from year one, this could be the perfect time for you to join our ever growing Merry Band of Panamanian Coffee Farmers!

Sincerely,
