I need help with: Preventing WUG using internet bandwidth

Hi guys
I've been on the WUG for a while now and have had both Stolla and Nextlevel help me with setup to prevent the WUG from using my bandwidth. It was all working fine until a couple of weeks back and my ISP disconnected me for p2p. (I use ECC Systems) I think it may have something to do with the TwoSix routing changes.
Anyway, what I'm looking for is someone who could come around and sort this out for me and help me to understand how to do it myself.
