SEEF Ltd is the first company in Qatar to achieve ISO 50001 certification for energy management system.
Hussain Mohd. Al Ishaq, Chairman, and Ahmed Al Hitmi, General Manager of SEEF Ltd, formally accepted four prestigious management system certificates (IMS Project certification - ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004, Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 50001:2011) from the Bureau Veritas at a ceremony held at the Al Gassar Resort.
The function was also attended by senior officials from Qatar Petroleum as well as Bureau Veritas representatives.
Independent third-party certification of SEEF management systems has helped the company in continuously improving its business performance, in effectively managing business risks and in aligning its operations with international benchmarks.
This was followed by the speech of Bureau Veritas Company who showed their appreciation to the management of SEEF for its commitment towards the implementation of the IMS requirements and their everlasting support to the IMS Project team.

The certification is a evidence to its commitment to further enhance the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy culture within the organisation.
