I offer Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Chakra Balancing as a qualified Reiki practitioner, NFSH practitioner of spiritual healing and complementary therapist.
Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Chakra Balancing are supportive, natural therapies that seek to bring about relaxation and peace to stimulate our own natural healing mechanisms. They involve rebalancing energy at our main energy centres (or chakras) and joints.
Clients have stated many effects after treatment including feeling peaceful, relaxed, less stressed, less pain and generally more positive.
Treatments are very holistic - balancing mind, body, emotions and spirit as I believe they are all connected and effect each other. I tailor every treatment to suit the individual person and am happy to incorporate treatments if desired.
As a counsellor I provide a safe, caring space to talk through life's difficulties & issues. I offer a free initial 30 minute session with an experienced therapist who helps people to move forward. I specialise in working with grief and loss issues including miscarriage, abortion, suicide, relationship loss, divorce / separation, pet bereavement and terminal illness.
I also offer help & emotional support with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, abuse, domestic violence and addiction.
My experience comes from managing a counselling agency for many years specialising in loss, grief and terminal illness and from working as a counsellor for those with addiction issues and people with disabilities. I have been i private practice for over a decade am an Accredited BACP Member.
