Team Work Fencing contractors is located in both Perth and Bunbury with services throughout Western Australia. After a decade of working in the fencing industry, John formed Team Work Fencing in 2008 in Bunbury. Since then it has expanded up to Perth with services right through the South West.
The company put's a lot of focus on building up its relationships with suppliers, installers and customers in order to achieve a seamless service of the highest quality. This has allowed us to build up a list of customers that use us as preferred suppliers http://teamworkfencing.com.au/client-portfolio
In our humble beginnings we were focused on Chainmesh security fencing and Colorbond in Bunbury. From there we started doing commercial contractors for companies such as Main Roads and Water Corporation along the Bunbury to Perth highway. As a result Team Work Fencing started to diversify into Rural Fencing and slowly started to offer its fencing services to domestic customers in Perth. The demand for Colorbond Fencing and Hardifence was so great in Perth that we decided to open up an office.
A lot of commercial contractors who we had built up a relationship with in Bunbury now started to use our services in Perth, mainly with security and chainmesh fencing. With word of mouth we soon started to quote and install for other business which now sees Perth with the greatest demand.
Team Work Fencing also works with a few businesses with mining operations up North. On a regular basis we send teams up North to supply and install security fencing including garrison, rural and chainmesh fencing.
At Team Work Fencing, we make sure you receive great value for every fence installation. Depending on what you're looking for we'd recommend a few fences both domestically and commercially. Comercial fences are best suited for Chainmesh security fencing, Garrison fencing and Palisade. Here's why we recommend chain link fencing:
Flexibility: Can be used as a barrier for your land or offer security for your commercial property, a cost-effective option that comes in different heights starting at 600mm and going up to 3600mm high. They also make for great storage options with the cheapest price tag. In fact a lot of shopping centres throughout Perth have approached us to build storage facilities to act as storerooms for their shops.
Resilience: Chainmesh security fencing is galvanised making it highly resistant to corrosion and extreme weather, presenting long-lasting solutions for your property.
Easy Maintenance: Unlike wooden fences, you don't need to maintain the fence regularly. We make sure we install your posts with 40MPA concrete sloping off the posts to offer strength and to ensure water doesn't pool causing rust. Again another reason to use our services as other fencing contractors in Perth and Bunbury may use 20MPA concrete without sloping surfaces shortening your fences life dramatically!
For our domestic clients we highly recommend Colorbond fences. They are offered in fourteen colours to match any structure, building or landscape. Colorbond is safe, striking, and robust. This is an asset that will add appeal and value to your home, particularly when installed by professional fencing contractors.
Ther are a number of benefits of Colorbond fencing which include:
Sturdy and easy to maintain. Hardifence is not as versatile as Colorbond fencing. For instance it cannot accommodate soil height variation, a big factor in holding up to storms. Colorbond can take advantage of Gramline Steel Plinths engineered to hold soil up to 600mm high. This also allows us to build the fence along the fence line rather than building a retaining wall onto somebody else's boundary.
Security and privacy is offered by Colorbond with heights starting at 600mm and going all the way up to 2100mm high. It is not recommended going any higher than 2100mm, as the sheets act as giant sails which wouldn't allow them to stand up to high winds.
Available in different colours and styles. Colorbond has a Harmony or good neighbour profile which allows your fence to have the same profile on both sides. Otherwise stick with the traditional Trimclad profile designed in the same way as your Colorbond roof or shed.
Incredibly easy to maintain, Colorbond does not warp or succumb to the elements of the weather. They are made from a Galvalume material which is similar to the Galvanised Chainmesh Steel but made with a Colour Bond, hence the name! This steel has been tested to the conditions of Perth and Bunbury and will last for well over 20 years. In fact Colorbond which is manufactured by Bluescope steel comes with a 10 year warranty.
Environmentally-friendly fencing option as unlike other fences such as PVC, Colorbond can be recycled and used again. It also has a small Carbon foot print when being made in the steel factories located right here in Australia.
Colorbond has many design options to choose from. With its gorgeous crisp lines, Colorbond, in the appropriate design can look right at home outside any building. Choose from Trimclad, Harmony, Mini Flute, Mini Orb or Neetascreen as design options for your home.
The wide range of available colours enables you to complement the visible features of your home. See here for Colour options: http://colorbond.com/colour/fencing
Colorbond feature a Zincalume steel, which delivers anti-corrosion performance. The primer is baked onto the surface, and the specially developed topcoat of paint is added in the colours shown earlier. It's formulated to offer supreme resistance to fragmenting, cracking and peeling.
For maintenance you need to ensure the bottom of the fence is kept clean from sand and dirt, occasionally water down the fence.
Colorbond fences offer privacy with no gaps that people can look through.
