Crystal Ski Holidays has been announced as the winner of Best Large Ski & Winter Sports Holiday Company and has received the GOLD Award in the prestigious 2016 British Travel Awards.  The announcement was made on 23 November 2016 at a glamorous Gala Awards ceremony, held in London and attended by close to a thousand travel industry people.

Crystal Ski Holidays, the UK leading ski holiday tour operator with nearly 40 years’ experience of providing ski holidays in Europe and North America, has previously won the British Travel Award in 2007-2009, 2011, 2013-2015.

“We are delighted to receive this award again and thank you to everyone who has voted for us” said Crystal’s managing director Chris Logan. “We constantly aim to improve our service, offer the best choices at good value to skiers and snowboarders, and we’re thrilled that our hard work has been recognised by our customers.”

British Travel Awards’ chief executive Lorraine Barnes Burton said: “Crystal Ski Holidays is to be congratulated on winning Best Ski & Winter Sports Holiday Company.  Competition was fierce this year with more companies entering the competition than ever before – but ultimately it is the travelling public who decide the winners by voting for the travel companies they consider the best in the business.  The British Travel Awards is the largest awards programme in the UK and to win is truly an accolade and testament to the great products and services travel companies offer to their customers.”

The British Travel Awards is a proudly independent organisation, verified by leading global business practitioners, Deloitte.

BRITISH TRAVEL AWARDS

The British Travel Awards is the largest awards programme in the UK created to reward the best companies in travel.  The British Travel Awards are easily the most recognisable of all travel industry accolades amongst consumer and industry professionals alike with categories spanning all types of holiday experience – transport, destination, cruise, customer service, holiday extras, and accommodation.

The British Travel Awards symbol is the benchmark for excellence when it comes to finding out who really is the best in the business.  The 2015 BTAs took place in London on 25 November. The British Travel Awards are funded by the registration fees and patronage of sponsors who have identified the ROI from increased brand visibility and sales opportunities as the consumer and trade audience grows exponentially year-on-year.
