This is to be done as a partner WOD. Both partners have to EACH do 12 Burpees. Only after each partner has completed all 12 Burpees can they move on to the barbell work. The barbell work is divided evenly with each partner completing 6 reps of each movement. Only after all 12 reps are completed can you move back to the Burpees. Only 1 bar is allowed per team.
