This is our 2nd BEASTMODE USA and it will be a one day event. It is an individual event for RX and Scaled.
The BEASTMODE USA© competition is open to all level of athletes over the age of 18. This event is being coordinated and hosted by CrossFit Brave Legion. All competing athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx.
Divisions:
Male Rx – 50 competitors
Female Rx – 50 competitors
Male Scaled – 50 competitors
Female Scaled – 50 competitors
There are four (4) guaranteed WODs and a final for top placing athletes.
