One of our clients, multinational Facilities Management Company seeks Legal Counsel for their corporate office based in Dubai.
Successful candidate will provide legal advice on a wide variety of commercial issues as well as negotiating, drafting and reviewing various contracts.
Experience gained in the industrial sector (construction, environment industry and energy) is strongly preferred.
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
