About the Job:
We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our FAMCO team in Dubai.
The Service Advisor will be an effective interface between the customer and workshop by understanding customers repair requirements, raising accurate repair orders and implementing workshop processes to ensuring timely repairs as per quality standards.
The Key Accountabilities of this role will include;

All administration duties relating to the day-to-day operation of the Service Department
*
Maintenance of various databases and records
*
Submission of accurate reports and information to Senior Management; Work Order and Invoice preparation and submission
*
Recording and booking of Technicians' hours
*
Purchase requisitions from suppliers
*
Expense and petty cash claims
*
Obtaining Purchase orders from customers
*
Follow-up and collection of payments from customers
*
Travel requests and assistance with obtaining necessary Technicians' passes and approvals for offshore/Government installations
