- Follow all day to day activities among the company in the operational level by leading an Operations team (including logistics, Workshops, Boutiques, Area Managers etc...)
- To be accountable for delivering P&L targets
- To seek opportunities and initiatives that result in the achievement of the business plan, this includes cost control, sale drivers and budget planning
- To be accountable for the processes of succession planing, people development and manpower planning to ensure all operational positions within the company are staffed at the optimum level.
- To establish a strong communication forum that captures market and competitor activity from line reports that will help give the company a competitive advantage
- To be the key link between operations, the brand merchandising and support teams, by maintaining a dynamic working relationship with the brand team thus helping to maximize business performance
- To build a strong personal network of internal/external contacts including Host Brand / Franchise representatives, support divisions, etc...
- Financial analysis, profit and Loss responsibility
- Promote compliance of all Brand, Market, Company & Government policies, procedures and guidelines.
