Main responsibilities:
- Manage the current Sales Team / Admin & Marketing Staff
- Hire Experienced New Sales Agents
- Report to Boss weekly about the performance of the Company
- Dismiss the Agents who will not achieve their targets
- Generate and follow up with leads.
- Consultations for both Buyer and Sellers.Arrange viewings for clients.
- Ability to handle negotiations and contract-to-close activities.
- Attract potential clients and establish a good work environment.
- Complete all necessary documentation being aware of UAE laws as per Real Estate Regulatory Agency.
- Achieve pre-established monthly sales targets of the team.
- Keep existing clients and agents up to date with new products, services and news.
- Assist clients / property consultants with any legal, technical or knowledge issues.Positive and professional attitude
