About the role
As part of Techserve you will be responsible for Trouble shooting and repair of laptops, mobiles and IT peripherals at Retail environment.Attend customers at retail counter and resolve the soft complaints reported by customer for their IT/tablets / mobile phones.To claim and maintain warranty records and evaluate new products technically.
You will report to the Service manager.
About you
You should have 3-5 yeras of experience in Computer hardware.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree (4years) /Diploma (3 years) in IT

Customer handling capability, Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills, Problem solving.
