Main Goal: Manage client’s investments such as currency, property, bonds, stocks, commodities, equities, among other financial products. Do his best to maximise the client´s money obtained from return on investments.
Job Tasks includes (but not limited to):
• Research, identify, and manage the investment funds and portfolios within the different asset classes and geographical economic blocks.
• Develop and recommend investment policies and strategies.
• Review and monitor investment performance.
• Review and monitor portfolios' risk characteristics and compliance with investment guidelines.
• Monitor asset allocation and implement re-balancing actions in accordance with the investment policy.
• Meet regularly with the Investment Committee to discuss investment issues and set the monthly investment committee meeting agenda.
• Partner with CEO to ensure the success of the Investment Management Plan.
• Direct the preparation of the annual Investments operating budget.
• Recommending appropriate changes and providing sound input for structured products.
• Analyzing financial models on existing products and acts on any significant financial changes.
• Developing project plan for each Fund structuring mandate.
• Undertaking a review and analysis of the proposed Funds.
• Negotiating fees with external service providers.
• Tracking results of product implementation and measure against established benchmarks.
• Providing management with results, maintaining competitive analysis and tracking industry developments with focus on industry trends.
• Preparing performance reports and exhibits for required regulatory updates.
