Job Title: International Recruitment Administrator

We are a leading Executive level Recruitment company who specialise in placing management level professionals in jobs in the Middle East.

We have been established for 5 years in the UK and now have an office in Dubai that launched in March 2012 with 8 staff currently.

We are looking for a positive, bright and passionate person to join our team as an International Recruitment Administrator. You will be working with a proactive team who will help with your training and support, so you can gain great and fun experience. Full friendly training and development will be given at every stage, ideally to develop you into a full Recruitment professional as part of your career growth.

It is a very fast paced role where you will be very busy, so being organized, with excellent computer skills and a positive, happy and fun attitude will be essential.

We aim for our team to be young, fun, focused, upbeat, determined and hard working.

Salary:

3,000 - 5,000 AED per month total package depending on experience levels and interview performance

+ UAE Labour Law Holiday Allowance

This role is open to people in the UAE now with a valid visa (ie spouse/family visa that is valid). A new visa will not be supplied.

Contract Period:

Immediate start date

Offices based in JLT

Working Hours:

Hours will be based on the below:

9:30am - 6pm Sunday to Thursday

They may change depending on the company’s needs ie bringing on a big new client when everyone will be involved & occasional interview weekends with clients

Overview of Position:

Candidate Attraction/ Sourcing/ Online Marketing

Placing adverts for live roles

Run social networking sites + anywhere potential candidates may be

Writing up Candidate Summaries for selected candidates to give clients an idea of their background, what they are looking for and the strengths they could bring to their business as per template

Collate all information onto Database

General Admin/ Database

Keep company database up to date with all candidate activity

Update new job vacancies and shortlisted candidates to the database

IT troubleshooting on office computers

Backing up all computers monthly

Managing online groups & increasing numbers

General tidying and maintaining the office ambience at the end of each day

Etc depending on needs
