• Responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of the HR and Administration strategy in line with the corporate, strategic and business objectives.

• The position will be responsible for managing and overseeing the functioning of the HR Section (manpower planning, recruitment, Qatarization, HR policies & procedures, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development etc.) as well as the Administration Section (government relations, administration services, accommodation, travel, insurance etc.).

• She/he will be responsible to drive performance excellence amongst the team to enable achievement of goals.
