We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to support the growing community of our corporate customers across MENA region, using Actimizer, our proven telephone software application on the cloud for telemarketing, telesales, marketing surveys and other outbound telephone activities: http://www.actimizer.com

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with entire dedication to customer satisfaction, proven experience in supporting large corporate customers in MENA region for complex software solutions. He/ she is fluent in Arabic AND English. He/ she will:

• Analyse, investigate, respond and solve customer service requests in collaboration with other departments with full focus on customer satisfaction

• Spot and report recurring support issues and customer requests as well as suggest product/ process improvements

• Be on top of how to use our application release after release and anticipate customer support needs

• Be part of making Actimizer users in MENA a vibrant and collaborative community around contract centre, telemarketing topics

Candidate is a doer, organized, totally dedicated to customer satisfaction with a twist of IT knowledge in web services. You will be directly reporting to the Managing Director MENA.
