Talented receiver that made his intentions known by committing to the Hoosiers in June. He chose Indiana over Cincinnati, UConn, Iowa State, and Illinois.

Many, including his friends and family, thought Westbrook was too good to play football at Indiana, but he chose the Hoosiers anyway, fighting off offers from a TON of schools, including Cal, BC, USF, Georgia Tech, and Marshall.

An early commit from the spring. Has the size to be a problem for defensive linemen, but needs work on his athleticism and conditioning. Chose the Hoosiers over Louisville, Kentucky, Bowling Green, Illinois, Wake Forest, and Cincinnati.

Has the lateral quickness and all the athleticism he needs, but his size will be his early downfall. Hitting the weights during his freshman year will make or break him in the early going. Chose IU over Purdue, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Wake Forest.
Austin Dorris - TE - Shadyside HS (Shadyside, OH)

An unheralded tight end out of Ohio who many thought was going to Marshall. He pulled a 180 and found his home in Bloomington over the Herd, Kent State, Ohio, and Colgate. He is a monster target, but must fight his way up the depth chart first. Expect him to redshirt.

A dual threat QB who decommitted from Georgia State and committed to IU in August. Look for him not to play QB, but to play WR or CB.
Marqui Hawkins - WR - UAB (transfer from disbanded program)

Not exactly a freshman, but he will have 3 years of eligibility remaining and will play right away after transferring from the now-defunct UAB. Originally a Florida Gators recruit, he is a talent welcome to Indiana's depleted WR corp.
Tyler Green - S - DeMatha Catholic (Hyattsville, MD)

Indiana's highest rated committed recruit shocked the Big Ten by not only decommitting from Ohio State, but then passing up Maryland and NC State for Indiana. Will definitely compete for a spot in the defensive rotation right away.

An offensive lineman with massive size, but lacks the right skill set to jump into the next level right away. Chose IU over Syracuse.

Speedy athlete that runs a 4.5 40yd dash, but must prove himself to be a viable pass catcher in a high-tempo offense. Chose Indiana over Northwestern, Wisconsin, Akron, and Army.

Another recently committed athlete who primarily played QB in high school. Look for Wilsom to use Majette's speed to send him on deep routes or cover a speedy opposing receiver. Chose Indiana over BC, James Madison, and Liberty.
Austin King - QB - Alpharetta HS (Alpharetta, GA)

Decommitted from NC State and chose IU over the likes of Georgia State, Harvard, and Miami (OH). He is a pure pocket passer that fits the mold of the Hoosiers' offense, but will need some polishing before becoming the starter, perhaps as early as 2016.
Donavan Hale - WR - Largo HS (Largo, FL)

Big receiver that can use his size to go and get jump balls in the endzone. Chose Indiana over offers from Syracuse, Louisville, Minnesota, and Middle Tennessee State.
Jonathan Crawford - S - Largo HS (Largo, FL)
Crawford gives Indiana a nice young 1-2 punch at the safety positions along with Tyler Green. Tall, but needs more strength to be effective. Picked Indiana over Syracuse, UConn, East Carolina, and FIU.

An unheralded recruit coming out of Gardendale, AL, in 2013, he is now a rare college free agent after UAB discontinued its football program. The nation's 7th leading rusher in 2014, he will have two years of immediate eligibility remaining. He has whittled his choices down to Indiana and Vanderbilt, so here's hoping he becomes a Hoosier. IU having friend and former UAB receiver Marqui Hawkins on board might give the Hoosiers the leg up.
Chuck Davis - CB - Broad Run HS (Ashburn, VA)

Indiana is the front runner for Davis, with Wisconsin not far behind. He is taking his time with his decision while also mulling offers from East Carolina, Hawaii, and Marshall.

Talented linebacker that has his visit to Bloomington scheduled for January 31st. Louisville is considered the favorite here, with Indiana and Cincinnati coming after that.
