ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand, was been won by the Australians at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Bharath Seervi lists a few statistics from the 11th edition of World Cup cricket.
Fans would say ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 was a batsman’s World Cup, but bowlers did an excellent job as well. New Zealand bowlers dismissed their opponents in all their first five matches while Indian bowlers did in all their first seven. Man of the Tournament Mitchell Starc had the best bowling strike rate by any bowlers in a single World Cup picking up 15 or more wickets, and so on. ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: Top 10 innings
