ONE GRAND PRIZE AND ONE FIRST PRIZE: One Grand Prize and One First Prize will be awarded. Random Drawings will select one (1) Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received between 12:00:01 AM CT on October 19, 2015 through 11:59:59 PM CT on November 1, 2015 and from Mailed Additional Entries received by November 8, 2015. After the Grand Prize winner is selected, one (1) First Prize Winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Prize per household. Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. All Random Drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: All Entries received during the Promotion Period will be combined and one (1) Grand Prize Winning Entry will be selected in the Grand Prize Random Drawing on or about November 9, 2015. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS/RELEASES: Potential Prize Winners will be notified via the email address submitted at the time of Entry on or about two (2) business days after the corresponding Random Drawing. Potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign and have notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and, where permitted, a Publicity Release and submit to Sweepstakes Sponsor within three (3) business days of notification. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor is not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, or garbled Entries, messages or e-mail; for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), application, or other connections; availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines; or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of prizes, functionality of the application or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, fraud, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any Entry based on an e-mail address, the Entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of Entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE APPLICATION OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SUSPENSION / MODIFICATION / TERMINATION: In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence) Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or prizes. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; or (2) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (c) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.
