I have never been one for New Year’s resolutions. However, since starting my health and fitness coaching I have been amazed at how setting goals has helped to focus each decision I make. When setting goals I make sure to use the SMART acronym; specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time bound. So in the spirit of staying accountable below are my health and fitness goals for the New Year.



1. I will complete a workout at least 5 days a week throughout the year. The first program I will be starting on January 5th is the P90X3 program. I plan to do the first 30 days of this program and then in February switch to the 21 Day Fix Extreme. I am so in love with the original 21 Day Fix that I just can not wait to start the 21 Day Fix Extreme. After I finish the 21 Day Fix Extreme I will return to P90X3 and/or Insanity Max 30. I am ready to get my six pack in time for the beach this summer



2. I will eat clean at least 6 days a week throughout the year. Until we left for the holidays I had been sticking to clean eating and I can tell the difference. Since being home for two weeks, I have had an allergic reaction to preservatives in my food, my skin has been breaking out more, and I feel more sluggish. I am ready to get back to clean eating and stick to it!

3. I will help get 5 of my coaches to diamond status by the end of 2015. This is more of a business goal for me but I am so excited about the future of my team and I can not wait to help my coaches reach their financial goals this year.

4. I will help my challengers lose 100 pounds over the next 6 months and 200 pounds by the end of 2015. I am so lucky to have a job where I can help others meet their health and fitness goals! Selfishly, working with all my amazing challengers also motivates me to push myself to new levels and become the best I can be.
