Crain's Detroit Business - Warren officials have approved plans for a new Kroger grocery store to replace a former Kmart building that has been vacant for years. The grocer expects to build one of its Kroger Marketplace stores and a fuel center at the northeast corner of 13 Mile Road and Schoenherr, the Macomb Daily reported. With approximately 128,000 square feet of floor space, it will be the chain’s largest store and the latest of its flagship designs. An outdoor café is also in the design along with a
