What does CRA look for?
Our consultants combine intellectual acumen with a keen talent for numbers. If you majored in economics, finance, math, or another quantitative discipline and earned an impressive GPA, you’re off to a good start. But working at CRA goes beyond the numbers. At CRA we’ll expect you to model and interpret complex data, defend your recommendations, and skillfully manage interactions with CRA team members and clients.
How will you develop new skills?
We don’t believe in a sink or swim mentality. CRA’s extensive on-the-job training will develop the professional skills required to excel in your work. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of analytics, graphics, teamwork, organization, communications, and professionalism. CRA offers formal training courses and seminars throughout the year as well as quarterly Tech Labs on tools such as Stata, SAS, and VBA, taught by academic affiliates and in-house experts.
