In worship, the people were on their feet (some on their knees), declaring the Lord as their treasure. It was the ever-potent Tuesday Communion service at the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, and God’s people had come in once again to give Him all glory. The Avalanche set the atmosphere for worship. Before you knew it, the hall was full of saints who had died to flesh in totality, and were now lifting holy hands in Spirit-filled worship. The presence of the Lord was copious.

This lead to a perfect atmosphere for prayers and confession as Minister Stanley handled the mike and first of all magnified the name of the Lord. The people held hands and prayed, pushing deeper and deeper into the Lord’s presence. They had began the evening singing in the Spirit, but right now, they were praying in the Spirit, their words undecipherable by the natural ear.

COZA’s official choir, the Avalanche, blessed the people with a solo titled Beyond. What ensued was another worship session. The saints were at once on their feet, giving the Lord all thanks.

Co-Senior Pastor of COZA, Pastor ‘Modele Fatoyinbo, stepped up then. Bristling with God’s glory, she worshipped the Lord with the saints. It was worship song after worship song. Tonight, the term “worship service” was made a reality. They praised the Lord from the bottom of their hearts and from the top of their lungs.

Pastor ‘Modele Fatoyinbo began her sermon, on this evening, reading from Genesis 17 v 19 – 21 […But My covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year…] All was set for a most prophetic service. Her sermon was aptly titled Keys to Enjoying New Things.

Highlights

God is the one Who speaks ahead of time what He will do in time.

Time is attached to your life; you better use it wisely.

It is time!

You must invest, spiritually, with your time.

It is time for you to take over what God has taken you over for.

God sees due season.

The sermon was intermittently punctuated by prophesies that pushed the people into their season. She closed with the scripture Job 6 v 25 […How forceful are right words!...] The people were on their feet, ready to speak right words. They released the power in the Word, the quickening ability of the Lord, into their life.

Presiding over the Communion, Pastor ‘Modele read to the people Daniel 2 v 21 […And He changes the times and the seasons…] The Communion, tonight, was unto changed times and seasons. The saints received all the prophecies that came forth. Pastor ‘Modele prayed that everything will begin to favor God’s people.

The tithes and the offerings were brought into the house, the people recognizing a perfect time to sow.

So, one of the greatest services in history pulled to a close. God’s people were confident about New Things.
