SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 9, 2015) – Coventry Homes continues its San Antonio expansion, opening in Coronado, a well-located community in the popular Stone Oak area.

Coronado is the third San Antonio-area development Coventry Homes has entered this year. The builder now offers home designs in six communities and has plans to open in Highland Estates and Royal Oaks in Stone Oak, as well as Stevens Ranch later this year.

Coventry Homes has 11 designs available in Coronado, ranging from 2,143 square feet to 3,475 square feet and priced from the $390,000s. The one- and two-story designs feature up to six bedrooms, stucco and stone exteriors, and tile and metal accent roofs. Other highlights include downstairs media rooms, island kitchens and open-concept living.

“While our standard plans offer ample flexibility, buyers can still customize their homes through a wide selection of available options,” said Ken Gezella, sales manager for Coventry Homes. “Plus, our in-house architects can work with buyers to make unique structural changes best suited to their specific lifestyles.”

Coventry builds all homes to the stringent energy-efficiency mandates of the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes program. The builder has started work on a model home in Coronado that is slated to open in late summer.

Coronado is located minutes from Highway 281 and just north of Loop 1604. Residents enjoy access to popular dining, shopping and entertainment destinations in the Stone Oak area, as well as easy access to San Antonio International Airport, Canyon Springs Golf Club and Sonterra Golf and Country Club.

Students attend schools in the acclaimed Northeast Independent School District, including Tuscany Heights Elementary, Barbara Bush Middle School and Lady Bird Johnson High School.
