Fairs & Festivals:



The twelfth annual Ogden Harvest Moon Celebration, Northern Utah’s largest outdoor festival, will be Saturday, September 21 from noon until 10 pm on Historic 25th Street. Presented by America First Credit Union, Harvest Moon is an end-of-summer party with more than 25 free family-friendly activities, live music (Ethan Tucker will take the stage at 7 pm as the headliner), criterium races, farmer’s market, vendors and contests for all ages. Free kids activities include a climbing wall, face painting, pumpkin decorating, pottery painting, clown and balloon artists and more!

Spanish Fork’s Harvest Moon Hurrah – Saturday, September 21 from 3-9pm at the City Park on Center & Main. Guests include the Piano Guys, there will also be children’s crafts, games, pumpkin decorating, storytelling, foo and more. This is a Free community event.

Pumpkinfest (Sandy) – Saturday, September 21 from 2-6pm at 500 E Locust Street (8880 S). This is a free festival with musci, children activities, squash and carving pumpkins for sale, and more.

Melon Days (Green River) – September 20-21 – there will be a concert in the park, parade, pageant and more.

Moab International Film Festival – September 20-22 - features dramatic documentaries, environmental landscapes, outdoor action, and more. Admission is $6.

21st & 21st Autumn Arts Festival - September 21 from 11am-5pm at 2100 S (between 2100 E and 2200 E). Enjoy art, food, and music. Admission is free.

Utah Beaver Festival (Escalante) – September 21 at Anasazi State Park. There will be children’s activities, face painting, nature walks, live animals from Hogle Zoo, food, music and more.

Brian  Head’s Oktoberfest – September 21-22 Come enjoy famous German food, entertainment, and great German Food & Beer.

Oktoberfest (Sandy Grace Lutheran Church) September 21 at 1815 E 9800 S. There will be a kids carnival, 60 local vendors, authentic German treats, brats and more.

Snowbird’s Oktoberfest runs every Saturday & Sunday from August 17-October 13. Admission is free. This event is full of music, dancing, and traditional German cuisine. Kids can enjoy face painting, caricature artist, inflatable rides, and more.

Saturday, September 21 – Discovery Gateway is celebrating with a grand opening of a new exhibit called “Saving Lives”.
