Fairs & Festivals:

Midvale Harvest Days – August 5-10 with a parade, food, art show, kids games, entertainment featuring Ryan Shupe and the Rubberbands, fireworks and more.

Alpine Days – August 5-10 with a parade, rodeo, food, bounce houses, crafts, fireworks and more.

Bountiful Summerfest – August 8-10 with 50+ Artist booths including art, ceramics, jewelry, folk art, photography, woodworking, entertainment and more. Admission is free.

Bluffdale Old West Days – August 8 & 10 – Thursday watch flyin’ BMX & FMX for $5 when you buy your tickets online. Saturday there is a FREE triple concert/show and fireworks.



Sandy Balloon Festival - August 9 & 10 at Storm Mountain Park (11400 S 1000 E). The first wave of launch start at 7am.  On Saturday evening, the festivities move to the South Towne Promenade in front of Sandy City Hall, 10000 South 173 west with the balloon glow beginning around 8:00 pm. Tasty food choices will be available for purchase and enjoy an evening of entertainment on the festival stage.

Craft Lake City - August 9 &10 at the Gallivan Center (239 S Main St). Over 200 Artisans, Vintage Vendors, Craft Foodies, Science & Technology Exhibits, Live Music, Bike Valet, Activities for Kids of all ages. Admission is FREE.

Friendly Island Festival & Sports – August 9 & 10 at Fairmont Park (900 E 2400 S). Tongan food and interactive Tongan crafts, entertainment, dances and music, children’s area, indoor aquatic center, and skate park.

Red Fleet State Park Paddlefest (Vernal) – August 9 & 10 - include paddle craft demos and paddle tours of the Dinosaur Trackway, on-the-water scavenger hunt and paddle craft races, Food vendors, nightly entertainment and a variety of activities are available both days. Entrance is free.

Fire Water & Ice Festival (Kearns) – Saturday, August 10 at Kearns Oquirrh Fitness Center (5624 S 4800 W). Bring the whole family for entertainment, a huge pool party, inflatables, ice skating, fireworks skyshow and more. Admission is $3/kids 12 and under, $4/teens 13-17, $5/adults, members are free.

Railroader’s Festival (Brigham City) – August 10 at Golden Spike National Historic Site. No entrance fees will be charged on this special day and all games, activities, and entertainment are free. Food will be available to purchase.
