We were invited to a special event at the new Cafe Zupas opening in West Valley City. This was the first time I had been to Café Zupas, and I can not wait to go back.
They feature a large variety of fresh made Sandwiches, Salads and Soups. The newest Café Zupas locations have even added an open window to the kitchen where you can see the food being prepared.
A Combination of 2 items (Soup, Salad, Sandwich) is only $7.99. Salads include Nuts About Berries, Thai Mango Chicken, Red Raspberry Spinach and more. The amazing soups like Lobster Bisque (pictured), Yucatan Chicken Tortilla Soup and Tomato Basil are all fresh made and delicious! And there is a huge selection of Sandwiches. Vegetarian (pictured), Crab Avocado Melt and many more.
Zupas also has some pretty amazing deserts. Warning, they will leave you with future cravings. The Creme Brulees are wonderful and come in flavors like, Mixed Berry, Salted Caramel, Chocolate Creme with Berries.
The West Valley location on 2927 South 5600 West, officially opened for business yesterday 7/9, but their Grand Opening is this Saturday July 13, and you don’t want to miss it.
