Each website has it’s own shopping cart system and navigating it can be confusing.

Customer Reviews for Namecheap

After reading through a few user reviews it became clear that one of Namecheap’s strengths is their outstanding customer support. Several people mentioned that they felt the customer service reps they dealt with were friendly, responsive, and really went above and beyond in helping them and getting their problems solved or answering their questions. It seems that the live chat support is a better option than calling in on the phone for quick support, and they are very helpful. They were previously strictly a domain registrar (hence the name), but most people seem happy with their shard hosting experience at the company, VPS and dedicated server clients seemed to have varying reviews. Overall the reviews seem favourable, out of 54 total reviews 46 users gave them a rating of 4 stars or higher out of a possible 5 stars.

Namecheap Features

One thing I noticed that as far as I know is unique to Namecheap is that they offer the Onepager site builder. It is a licensed site builder so you need to pay a yearly fee for it, but it’s a great option if you don’t know much/anything about how to design and build websites. They offer many templates that you can then modify to match your brand or suit your business’ needs, and you can read more about the features here. They also have a section on their website with training videos on how to use the site builder, if you want to find out more about how it works before committing to a payment.

If you are looking for a more budget-friendly option then all of the standard open source content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla!, and Drupal are available as one-click installs as well. There is plenty of documentation on how to use them as well, you just have to do a quick search on Google or YouTube.
