I’ve used them for a little over a year and haven’t had any issues. I pay $7.20 a month and the domain was included. The tools they provide aren’t too difficult to figure out. I have liked using it overall. I don’t like their SQL database, though. It is a huge mess of tables that is just frustrating. I ended up paying Microsoft $5 a month for a database on Azure. Other than that I have no complaints.

I have been a web designer/developer for just about 15 years and the value you get from Arvixe can’t be beat. The price is outstanding given the quality of service you receive. If you find a less expensive host, beware of sub par service and products.

Run, do not walk, away from Arixe. If you are there now, make plans for departure. If you are thinking about them, stop. There are many, many other hosting companies giving the same style of service at the same price point. Unless your time (and hair) come for free, do not go down this path. Inertia probably kept me there a year longer than I should have stayed; a valuable lesson learned.
