Introduction:

We’re looking for a motivated software engineer with 1 – 3 years’ experience to join our agile development team and help design, build, and maintain enterprise Java applications used by retailers. Over the past 9 years we’ve had great success with our legacy product, and are now in the process of transitioning to our next-generation solution.

We’re a small, informal team who employ Scrum and focus on people and adaptability as the keys to our success. We’re smart, motivated, and considerate individuals who collaborate well, support each other fully, and hold ourselves accountable for the team’s success. Our work is usually challenging, often fun, sometimes frustrating, and occasionally dull; yet always requiring us to explore, research, and learn.

We’re part-time teleworkers with flexible schedules, working together in our downtown office 3 days a week, and otherwise working from home and collaborating remotely via screen-sharing and video-chat. We’ve even been known to get together after work and take a day off for team outings – imagine that!

If you think you’d fit in and could help us improve on our success, then get in touch. We’d love to hear from you, and learn how your experiences could help move us forward.
