Duties:

-Acts as primary client-facing & internal contact for all ongoing projects

-Updates project metrics & financials into systems of record

-Leads client-facing project kick-off & close-out meetings

-Communicate ongoing task status

-Schedule resources on-site and off-site

-Enforce Processes and Methodologies (Microsoft SureStep)

-Gain buy-in, Drive change

-Enforce Change Management, Business Transformation

-Resolutions of all client facing issues

-Creates user case scenarios and testing

-Distributes tasks internally and externally

-Enforces procedures & methodologies

-Revision control and Change Order Management

-Budget estimation and enforcement

-Drive sign-off's and approval consensus

-Works closely with all levels of vendors, clients, managers, users and onsite teams.

-Attend all high level client meetings and provide Status Reports

-Resolves disputes & balances resources between 1 -2 dozen ongoing projects

-Maximize Realized Rate and Project Profitability

-Responsible of the project outcome, budget, timelines.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

​-Experience in managing ERP and CRM engagements, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
-Minimum of several dozen full cycle ERP installations experience

-Experience with any of: Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, Netsuite, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, SAGE, Epicor, Lawson, Infor, SAP Business One, ACCPAC, X3, MAS500, MAS90, MAS200, Intacct , Deltek, Acumatica, Accountmate

-Project Management skills: PMP/PMI certification
-Consulting background a must
-Proficient with Visio or Flowcharting tools
-Proficient with MS Project

 

-Must be able to manage 15 to 20 projects simultaneously

-Must have strong communication skills

-Must have strong organizational skills

-Must have strong presentation skills
