We want an engineer that can take ownership of new or legacy code and move it into our next generation design. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Significant engineering experience using Java Strong Oracle SQL, PLSQL and JDBC experience Experience supporting mission critical applications on a large scale Hibernate experience (ORM) DB Relational proficiency (DMLDDL) J2EE (Servlets, Web Services, Containers) Software refactoring with design patterns The candidate must be able to provide documentation to support ability to work in the United States within the federal legal guidelines. Other Ideal Skills Maven, Jenkins, Eclipse, SVN, JPA, JIRA, SCRUM, Unit Testing Familiarity with health care technology Action-script experience Responsibilities Include Follow all phases of the software development cycle requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, implementation, documentation, software QA, maintenance and support. Develop the entire stack.
Tackle complex problems in usability, distributed systems, architecture and scalability. Own features from idea to production – every engineer can be a product manager. Works closely with a small team in a collaborative environment.
