RESPONSIVE WEBSITE DESIGNER
We are actively seeking individual’s who have experience converting sites that have been created in straight HTML, wordpress, joomla and drupal into ones that look and function extremely well on the iPhone, Android, iPad, Android Tablet. You should have at minimum five years experience as a graphic designer/html programmer. You must be able to show us at minimum ten sites that you have converted to responsive design on your own.
We will provide you with Responsive Design Website opportunities that will require you to provide our team, and the customer, with a detailed explanation of the needs they have. You should be able to explain to potential customers what dithering of images is, how you can speed up access for the videos or images on their site through the reduction of the file sizes, as well as how your conversion process will empower anyone looking at their site on a smartphone or tablet devices will be done quickly and efficiently.
Should the customer need additional artwork, logo creation, or website enhancements, you should be able to perform same without outsourcing your work to someone else.
You must have extensive experience with front end web development (HTML5/CSS3/JS, etc), including responsive design & development techniques. Candidates must demonstrate fluency in technologies related to online creative presentations and must be able to own a design from concept to final output in optimized HTML5/CSS3/JS. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of interactive design/development experience for web and mobile. Track record of successful collaboration with business and technology partners, with a focus on improving internal business value and external customer experience / customer satisfaction. You must provide an online portfolio of projects including project deliverables and finished products as well as possess strong communication skills and the ability to convert business objectives into wireframes prior to creative design.
Extensive experience with Adobe creative suite
Proven track record of playing a role in the interactive design of products, sites and/or applications
Bachelors degree required
