The selected candidate will be performing full life-cycle web application development including designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting new or existing SharePoint applications and components; communicating directly with internal Wyle and external customers (including end users, enterprise architects and business analysts) to understand and document functional requirements; assisting SharePoint architects in developing and implementing policies and standards for compliance and performing functional and end user deployment testing and troubleshooting of custom SharePoint solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
– 3 years of experience in programming against the SharePoint 2010 object model
– Strong software lifecycle management experience
– Experience using web development applications such as Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, and InfoPath
– Experience with web related technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related technical discipline (4 years’ experience can be substituted in lieu of degree) and 5 years work experience.
Desired Qualifications:
– Knowledge of Section 508 Web Usability
– Knowledge of Microsoft Business Connectivity Services (BCS) in a SharePoint environment
– Knowledge of Data Reporting Tools such as Business Objects, SQL Reporting Services
– Certifications such as Sec+, CSSLP, CISSP, etc.
– Solid understanding of design principles and design patterns (MVC/MVP)
