Our Management
Jason Fairchild, Co-Founder
Three years ago, Jason came to Costa Rica to vacation at his long-time friend Carlos’s bed & breakfast, and loved Costa Rica so much that he purchased an ocean view property as an investment.
Through the purchase experience, Jason and Carlos realized that the real estate sales process in Costa Rica was in need of improvement and standardization. Thus, to help property buyers access an unbiased, definitive list of properties across the country, and to help sellers reach the thousands of potential buyers via web, Carlos and Jason founded Costa Rica Real Estate Service.
Jason is a US resident, and a senior executive at a leading, public Internet company, responsible for creating and managing strategic relationships with some of the Internet’s leading companies, including Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Lycos and AltaVista.
He has been in the Internet industry since 1995, and is responsible for all aspects of CRRES web site development, operations and marketing–including placing Costa Rica Real Estate Service on all of the leading portal sites.
Casey Stamps
I have lived in Costa Rica for 15 years and have been in real estate in Costa Rica for the past 8 years. Prior to working in Costa Rica, I managed and ran a tourism business in Ocean City, Maryland for 7 years. I also did the training and marketing for the company.
Now residing in San Isidro De General I spend most of my day trying to find key investment properties for my clients and spending Sunday’s with my wife Sandra and son Samuel. I enjoy hiking, surfing, fishing and many other outdoor activities found in Costa Rica so a move here was simple.
We have a Pura Vida life here in Costa Rica and we need to always remember that and not lose focus on our families and friends. I am also a firm believer in ‘giving back’ to the community and have done so on numerous occasions including school repairs, holiday parties for the neighbors, funding of local businesses etc.

Costa Rica Real Estate Service will personally tour large and small lots with our customers, whether by car, or evaluating large farms by horseback. We have access to all open listings, and as one of the largest brokerages in Costa Rica (Dominical and Tamarindo in particular), we have a large collection of exclusive listings.
Purchase Price Evaluation:
We’re in touch with the market and can help buyers understand the relative value of each piece of real estate based on recent sales activity across the each region of Costa Rica.
Title Research:
Costa Rica Real Estate Service has a good working relationship with Costa Rica’s Public Registry and we use several legal firms to research the title on every single piece of property prior to making a firm offer on behalf of our clients. Title insurance is available on all properties sold Via Costa Rica Real Estate Service.
Building/Planning/Development:
Costa Rica Real Estate Service has a comprehensive network of architects, builders, project managers to help buyers quickly develop any type of property in Costa Rica, from a simple vacation home, to developing or subdividing larger parcels. We also offer project management services to our investors.
