As our Sales and Marketing Business Systems Analyst, based out of our corporate office in Costa Mesa, CA, you will be an integral member of our IT team as you plan and direct the analysis and implementation of complex solutions for global Sales and Marketing business units.  Youll work with end users to add increased system functionality to business applications during requirements gathering sessions, translating business requirements for developers, and leading status meetings as you successfully integrate and configure new features and enhancements. Armed with extensive experience in a systems support role, you will also juggle responsibilities for functional support such as troubleshooting and day-to-day issue resolution for end-users. Among the wide variety of skills, talent and experience you bring to this role are these:

Experience supporting the Oracle Incentive Compensation application

Experience supporting Salesforce CRM and PRM applications

Experience implementing new business systems

Experience managing projects

Ability to work effectively in a team

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, learn, understand, capture, define, document and sell concepts and strategies, getting “buy-in” from the team

Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and discussions within a dynamic business environment to elicit tangible and comprehensive requirements and solutions
