The boat is almost a Wide Beam/Dutch Barge hybrid with her large bowsprit, anchor windlass, large folding wheelhouse and powerful engine. She is one owner from new and has a BSC until April 2020 and the mooring could be transferred if wanted.
The boat feels huge with plenty of natural light and as you come into the spacious wheelhouse which is almost an extra room, there is plenty of ventilation through side opening windows and she retains the heat from the sun well. Through the companionway you come down into the well appointed galley/saloon with full size cooker and hob, fridge and separate freezer and a nice breakfast bar with overhead storage system.
The saloon benefits from angled skylights with opening hatches bringing in lots of extra light and there is a built in corner bench ideal for a dining table and which also gives enough space for a single berth. There is a side hatch, morso burner and double radiator along with good a range of lighting including LED.
The second bedroom/cabin is presently set up as a single with desk, double wardrobe and radiator but could easily be converted into bunk beds or a small double. Next down the corridor is the large bathroom with built in double shower, basin, electric toilet and again plenty of storage plus a Chrome Heated Towel Rail. The master bedroom is forward and is very large as there is no access to the cratch, rather nice large windows bring in plenty of light. Two double wardrobes and plenty of storage, a good size radiator and carpets.
There is plenty of sockets throughout the boat which would make it an ideal home office as well.
The owner has lived on the boat for 5 years but is now moving to be nearer family.
