The Midlands office of leading property adviser Bilfinger GVA has completed a 3,173 sq ft letting at Enterprise House, located on Edmund Street in Birmingham city centre.

The first floor of the building has been let on a ten-year term to global credit insurance company, Euler Hermes. The company will relocate from their current address on Colmore Row.

George Jennings, Associate at Bilfinger GVA, said: “The client wanted to acquire offices within the Colmore Business District that would impress their clients without blowing their budget.

“Enterprise House managed to offer all of these. The offices have been completely refurbished with all the attributes of a new building. It looks fantastic and provides Euler Hermes with fabulous office accommodation. We understand the building is now completely under offer, which supports the decision to relocate Euler Hermes there.”

Located on Edmund Street in Birmingham City centre, the refurbished Enterprise House is perfectly situated with easy access to the West Midlands transport network and train stations, city centre shopping areas and cultural destinations, and the neighbouring Innovation Square complex.

Alyn Such from Euler Hermes said: “We are delighted to have secured this space it certainly ticks all the boxes for our requirement.

“Bilfinger GVA understood our specific requirements and delivered a fantastic quality letting that far outshines our previous premises and we look forward moving in in March.”

Bilfinger GVA acted on behalf of Euler Hermes in the completion of this deal, with the landlord represented by GBR Phoenix Beard.
