Success stories, updates on the industry, and new COR360 features and benefits highlight the Corcentric Summit

COR360 customers got just what they were looking for at this year’s Corcentric Summit, the two-day event, held in conjunction with the AmeriQuest Symposium in Orlando, Florida. The Summit covered a variety of new COR360 features and benefits, answered customer questions, and provided an interactive atmosphere to share their experiences. During the first day’s sessions, Rob DeVincent, Corcentric’s Vice President of Product Marketing, discussed some of the changes that have been made to the COR360 Accounts Payable automation solution, including the creation of the Relationship Manager positions. The positions were created in an effort to increase customer service and be even more responsive to the needs of key COR360 accounts.

Later, DeVincent presented the Corcentric ePayment feature, which provides customers with a full end-to-end, P2P automation solution. The second day of the event opened with a presentation by Andrew Bartolini, Chief Research Officer at Ardent Partners, on the state of the ePayables market. According to Bartolini, the top priority for AP in 2015 is reducing processing costs, with improved reporting and analytics running a distant second. Respondents in Ardent’s survey also listed delays in receiving matching information and long approval processes as their main challenges. Bartolini offered his AP trends and predictions for the next two to three years. Ron Hansen, Director of Procurement Services for AmeriQuest Business Services, then introduced the company’s new Indirect Spend offering and provided details on how Corcentric customers could realize substantial savings on non-core products and services they depend on to keep day-to-day business operations going. The Summit concluded with Rob DeVincent providing detailed information on the COR360 upgrade and opening up the floor for an extended Q&A session with Corcentric customers.

“The Summit obviously covered the solutions we offer to customers and the benefits that they can realize by implementing them; however, the main reason for this event was to give the customers a chance to interact, not just with COR360 and Corcentric staff, but also with each other,” said DeVincent. “The ability to share their insights and user experiences should enable customers to experience even greater benefits from the solutions than they may already have realized.”

In addition to attending the Summit, Corcentric customers were also able to participate in the AmeriQuest Symposium itself and hear fascinating and entertaining speakers like Ben Stein, presidential speechwriter, commentator, actor, and game show host; Steve Forbes, editor-in-chief of Forbes media group; Eric Greitens, former Navy SEAL, author, and Founder of The Mission Continues; and more.
