This printer intermittently jams in the fuser with a 13.0A error printing single-sided. Some HP documentation seems to think this jam occurs when you're printing duplex. It seems to jam more frequently when the fuser has warmed up and also with full-color full-page photos, but I've had it jam on the continuous self test. There always seems to be two sheets of paper in the fuser. The first sheet is at the exit and the last half of it is accordioned up. You can find the leading edge of the second sheet by lifting up the fuser flap. The paper seems like it is getting caught on one of the small plastic rollers. The problem is that I've replaced the fuser but it seems to be jamming in exactly the same way. Since most of the jams seemed to be when using Tray 2, I replaced that drawer (based on an HP bulletin), but it didn't seem to help. I've check the feed rollers too.
The customer is using genuine HP toner. I'm doing this repair as a third party, so I don't have a choice on the parts. The fuser they sent was a rebuild, but the tray was new. I requested to try a new fuser, but they told me they didn't have that option.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
