Family Fitness Night at MAC
MAC will be offering a range of classes throughout the evening, giving moms and dads the chance to show off their muscles during a Bootcamp session with Muurad Pope, or bust a move during a free Zumba class with Kathy Graham. There are different sports sessions for the budding athletes and pre-teens in your squad and best of all, the pool will be open from 6:00-8:00 PM for anyone itchin’ to FINALLY bust out their bathing suit. Towson Feet on the Street

Looking for a fun start to your weekend? Come on out to “Feet on the Street” and join the party! “Feet on the Street” is hosted by the Towson Chamber of Commerce and features a band every Friday night from the middle of May to the end of September. Waterfront Wellness – Just for Mom and Dad!
Waterfront Partnership is committed to health and wellness and is excited to offer this free series to residents, employees, and visitors of Baltimore. On Saturday, enjoy FREE Boxing Bootcamp at 8 AM and FREE Zumba at 9 AM. On Sunday, Enjoy FREE Yoga at 8 AM and FREE Parkbour at 9 AM. All participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
