Office whiteboards, or dry erase boards don't need to be flat, boring walls. We have seen plenty of offices done in clear or white dry erase paints and simple bands of dry erase board or vinyl, and we consider that boring and un-inventive.
The materials and technology are certainly available today to create inspiring and customised whiteboards.
In this example below, we created dry erase wraps to fit structural columns throughout an office. The polished concrete was no problem for the product we supply, and the surface was smooth and rigid as we underlaid the actual dry erase with a smooth, hard plastic.
We can create this style of dry erase board for any finish on your walls. Render/ concrete and so on. If you go direct to the wall with paint or vinyl, then you need to be sure your wall is 100% smooth. With our method we are creating a solution half way between a direct to wall solution and full blown structural whiteboard.

We created neat seams over the join. For this customer we went plain white, but they could have chosen block colour wraps, or a custom pattern with the same high quality dry erase properties as plain white.
Dry erase boards don't need to be white. They can be either be a block colour, or they can be custom printed with logos, patterns, branding statements, or perhaps you need something functional.
We did these dry erase boards with blank music lines for a music school so they can write lessons on the music, and then clean it off after each class.
The high gloss surface means the product can be easily cleaned for a long time.
An example of options for a customised dry erase wrap might look like is....
All dry erase products- whether they are direct to wall- or on a plastic underlayer will be relatively permanent adhesive. So after removal, you will likely have the vinyl adhesive, or the double sided tape pulling on your wall paint. We do not offer re-positionable dry erase products.
