Should you turn your face and thoughts to natural ways?

Some girls like it rough and high tech, some like it the old fashioned way, I like it organic, natural and very scented. Don’t be scared, I am only talking about face masks. After so long testing and trying different products that are not quite natural, I made a turn to natural ways for hydrating and helping the skin to restore its natural glow.

That is a normal choice to make after al the pollution that is going on in the world, I just don’t need another product on my skin that hurts it more than cleanse and protects it. Maybe you agree with me or maybe not, but I will give you some options of homemade face masks that are simple and so good for your skin!

Spice it up with a Honey & Turmeric Moisturizing Mask

Why? Because honey has antibacterial properties and hydrates the skin deeply. The milk hydrates and softenens and turmeric makes your face glow.

Use:- 1 tablespoon organic honey

– 1 teaspoon turmeric

– 1 tablespoon warm milk

Mix all ingredients into a paste and apply it on the face as a mask for 20 minutes. Rinse and apply a face cream.

Homemade exfoliating scrub with Oatmeal & Brown Sugar

Once a week try using this organic method to get rid of dead skin.

A perfect recipe I am using consists of 2 tsp coconut oil, one cup of oatmeal, ½ cup of brown sugar and some apple cider vinegar.

All the ingredients combined should have the consistency of a light paste, perfect for rubbing the body! After this scrub the skin will feel so soft you’ll love it!

Here are some other oatmeal face masks

Super Fresh Mask

Mint, Avocado, Orange, Honey, Molasses & Chamomile fruit mask

Warning: This is a face mask that will probably revive even the dullest skin!

Use: -1/4 ripe Avocado

-1 tablespoon fresh Orange juice

-1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Mint leaves

-1 teaspoon organic Honey

-1 teaspoon Molasses

-1/2 teaspoon Chamomile essential oil

Blend everything but the honey, when everything transformed into a paste add the honey and mix it thoroughly.

Spread it on the face and the neck and lay down for 40 minutes. Read your favorite book or listen to some tunes to keep your mind off the face.

Papaya Rejuvenation Mask

For the last I saved a super simple and effective rejuvenation face mask. This has all the benefits from fruit, just adding your thirsty skin along the way.

Papaya is well known for its natural enzymes that replenish the skin with tons of vitamins and water. So go with it and enjoy this mask. Just keep I mind one thing: before applying the puree, steam your face to make your skin thirsty for water fruit. Leave the puree for 10 minutes, rinse and use a face cream.

You’ll be so glad I told you about this mask!
