Spring finally arrived in MN - we came home to 70 degree weather and all the snow was melted! I don't think we'll continue with those temps but the worst is definitely behind us. And is just me or have you been in better mood too? It does seem like everyone has a smile on their face and happy!
Now onto the party - a couple recipes caught my eye from last week. First up is the refreshing looking drink from Delightfulemade. I need to drink more water!
Shrimp cocktail is one of my favorite appetizers - I love what The Egg Farm did with this recipe.
If strawberries are in season near you, I have the perfect recipe to try that I made last week - Strawberry Bruschetta.
