We have run cookery courses in conjunction with a renowned culinary institute for decades here at the Villa in our beautiful Limonaia kitchen, offering clients a chance to learn the secrets of the Italian culinary arts as well as immerse themselves in local Tuscan culture. We offer a number of courses which vary in length and theme to accommodate all palettes using only the freshest produce from the Villa Michaela estate and local organic suppliers. Learn how to cook traditional dishes with our 3-Day or 7-Day Master Cooking: Italian Food Wine course including daily workshops in our traditional Limonaia kitchen and gastro-tours of local markets and vineyards. Enjoy the fruits of your labour with long lunches and dinners beside the pool or in our stunning frescoed dining room. We also offer a Mini-Masterchef Couse where your children can learn how to cook simple traditional Italian food from scratch using fresh organic produce from the estate and local vendors. Pizza, simple pastas and home-made gelato are usually on the menu.
