The St. Johns School of Malaybalay and St. James School of Science and Technology will conduct a Parenting Seminar to be held at the St. John's School Campus, on September 08, 2012, Saturday starting from 3 pm - 7 pm.
The seminar is all about Understanding Children and Teens, a Psycho-Education Approach and Fight the Bully Battle.

The Resource Person: Dr. Marylendra Penetrante. She is a practicing life coach, therapist and teacher. She founded the 1st mental wellness center in the province of Albay, the Children and Youth Wellness Technical and Advocacy Center (CYWTAC), Inc. She travels around the country as trainer to government offices, educational institutions and various non-government organizations along areas of psychology, wellness and life skills.
A writer and a researcher, she published 4 books including the first bullying book in the country entitled: “Fight the Bully Battle”. Her 3 books are: “Unleashing the Beauty Within”, Anger Regulation Simplified and Understanding Child and Adolescent Development: A Psycho-Education Approach”. She also wrote a manual for Human Service Providers on ART THERAPY.
