I purchased new acer laptop (V5-571) a date of 28 oct 2012 from NARAYANI INTERNATIONAL Showroom: 102, Thakurbari Road, 1st Floor, Sana Complex Sakchi, JSR - 1. In purchase time they said we will provide servicing in any place and home. six month after my laptop under battery and tough piad not still working then we went service center Acer Service Center in Jamshedpur Computer Systems & Services ☎ : 0657-2433143 ✉ : cssjsr@softaid.net.in Address : 85, New baradwari, sackchi, jamshedpur -831001, jharkhand then they said 1stlly you go and take request Id from Customer Care then after we will come your home and repair laptop then we taken request Id through customer care, my Request. ID no. - 274376i, just 3 or 4 days after I contacted service center and asked why are you not comeing for the servicing of laptop then they said I can't allow to any engineer to go your home for servicing and talking with me badly.
I informing you as a acer rules notebook through a service center provide serviceing of customer within 50KM distance and my home distance is only 5km
I requesting you to plz. take strict action to these service center
