In the matter of : Delay in Delivering the replaced Hard Disk

Dear Sir, I am supposed to receive a replaced Hard Disk in the 1st week of July’2014 by courier from HCL Services Ltd.
When I asked they have told me that they have some problem with their the courier service. I have also gave them an option that I will pay the courier charges on my behalf. But still I have no information on the product.
When I call the customer care - for the status, they don't take the responsibility in delivering the service in time.
I could track only the below status
So I request you to take necessary strict action on them.
